Refund and Returns Policy

Because minoxidil and related topical solutions are personal care and medical-grade products, we maintain a strict yet fair policy to ensure hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction in accordance with the e-commerce laws of Bangladesh.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be completely unopened, unused, and undamaged.
• The original packaging, safety seals, plastic wraps, and barcodes must be fully intact.
• You must provide the original invoice, order number, or proof of purchase.
• Products purchased under clearance sales, special discounts, or bundle offers are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrived damaged.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. If your order arrives damaged during transit, has a broken factory seal, or if you received the wrong variant/brand, we will replace it or refund you at zero extra cost.

What to do:

• You must check the product in front of the delivery rider if possible.
• If you notice a defect after the rider leaves, you must contact our customer support team via Facebook Messenger, Hotline, or Email within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
• You must provide clear unboxing photos or a short video showing the damage, expiration date, or incorrect item.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our Customer Care team at support@minoxidil.com.bd or call us at 01323530451
2. Provide your Order ID and the reason for the return.
3. Once our team approves your return request, you can either:
   • Send the product back via any courier service (Pathao, Steadfast, REDX, etc.) to our hub address.
   • Hand it over to our exchange delivery rider (available inside Dhaka only, charges apply if it’s a change-of-mind return).

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Our Fault: If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product sent by us, Minoxidil.com.bd will bear 100% of the return and redelivery shipping fees.
• Change of Mind: If you wish to change your mind, swap brands, or cancel an eligible unopened product after it has been shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for both the original delivery fee and the return courier charges.

5. Refund Process & Timelines

Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect it within 2-3 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed through your original payment method:

Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Order Cancellation

• Before Shipping: You can cancel your order at any time before it leaves our warehouse. Please call our hotline immediately to request a cancellation. If prepaid, a full refund will be processed.
• After Shipping: Once the package is handed over to the courier service, the order cannot be canceled. If you refuse delivery at your doorstep for a Cash on Delivery order without a valid reason (e.g., damage), you may be restricted from using COD options on our website in the future.
